Hello,
and thank you in advance for your involvement in finding a solution to the following problem.
I have a Danew Dslide 1021 tablet that works fine at my home. I want to give it to my granddaughter, but at her place, it is impossible to connect to the Free Wi-Fi network; connection impossible, why?????

    Hi,
    some devices are a bit basic and have trouble connecting to dual-band networks (2.4 and 5 GHz).
    Instead of your little girl, I would try, as I often recommend, and not just me, fortunately, to set up the Wi-Fi networks of the box with 2 different SSID names for the 2.4 and 5 GHz Wi-Fi networks of the box.
    for example lanter2 and lanter5, see if that allows for more things.

    Hello,
    You need to manually enter your new wifi connection from Free, then you will be able to connect (ID number of the box: identifier plus wifi key on the back of it)!

    Thank you for your response, but the problem is not resolved, as she cannot configure the box. Unfortunately, she will be using it at my place since she can connect.
