Hello, I have a problem. In my NVIDIA control panel, I can't modify my 3D settings; it says access is denied. I need help quickly, please, I don't know what to do.

Do you have a local Administrator account to make these changes?

Have you tried running the NVidia control panel "As Administrator"?
