I can no longer "scroll up and down" with my "touchpad".

Hello,

I hope you will understand my problem, because I'm having trouble putting it into words; I'm lacking vocabulary!
So, since the Windows 10 update, I can no longer scroll up and down to navigate the content of a page using the right side of my "touchpad," well... the touch area that we use as a mouse on a laptop. Can this problem be fixed? Because it is quite bothersome... Thank you!
Configuration: Windows / Chrome 44.0.2403.125

Hello, I have the exact same problem!! I'm using an Acer Aspire V5-472P-21274G50aii, and since the update to W10, I can't scroll anything with my touchpad anymore. After several searches online, I could only find answers for Asus... I don't know what to do anymore...

It did exactly the same for me, it's actually a Windows Update, and then you go to control panel, mouse and you click on device settings once the update is installed, and double click on the Synaptics in devices and then in scrolling you enable what you want :)
