Hello, I am currently in general and technological second grade and I am lost. I’m hesitating between STMG or reorienting to a professional baccalaureate in commerce in first grade. My father suggested the professional baccalaureate, but I would be in alternating education and I don’t know if I’m ready to work while alternating, and I won’t have holidays anymore. But I fear that I will struggle in STMG since I’m already having a hard time in general.

No!
- First of all, because you entered the forum Studies / High-Tech Training, which is aimed at students or high school seniors; not second-year high school students ...
- Furthermore, the people who have taken these paths do not have your profile, your qualities, your flaws, your family, social and school environment, nor the same grades as you, and do not live in the same region. Their experience is therefore of no interest to your particular case.

Hello,
in the Studies / High-Tech Training forum, which is aimed at students or final-year high school students; not at second-year high school students ...
Not just ...
However, the problem is mainly that the forum concerns (as its name indicates) High-Tech ...
And neither commerce nor management/business falls under that.

We absolutely cannot solve your problem: we don't know you, we don't know your age, your school background, your general level, your cognitive abilities ("I have difficulties"), your work ethic (holidays seem to be a determining factor for you)...
You are lucky to have a father, teachers, educational support, a career guidance counselor. What more do you want? A tutor?

Alright
I'm 16 years old
I'm in the general and technological second year, I've already repeated once in elementary school in 5th grade
I also went to middle school from 6th to 3rd grade
I got my diploma with a fairly good mention
I had an overall average of 11 in the first trimester
I got 9.60 in the second trimester
I thought that the people who chose these pathways could help me
