Hello, I would like to know if it is possible to pursue a computer science degree after completing an AFPA training at level III (BAC+2) in software development.

Thank you in advance :)

    Hello DaDev,

If the training leads to a diploma, of course, although you will not escape the selection criteria like everyone else. If it is a training at the end of which you obtain a certificate or a training certificate, your admission to the bachelor’s program remains at the discretion of the institution’s administrators you will contact. Many appreciate those who have followed trainings offered by professionals in adult education. Some, either unaware or poorly informed about these parallel paths, are hesitant; it will be up to you to convince them. You will probably undergo a preliminary interview and if you were not summoned, I invite you to request one.

If your project to join a university-type school or institution to do your bachelor’s does not succeed, then inquire with the CNAM, with GEFI which offer diploma courses, with GRETA, with CFAs and with FORMASUP informatique.

More generally, for information on professional training, contact CARIF-OREF and INFFO.

    Have a good journey.
