My mouse is not working

Hello,
I just bought a "Hama amw-150" mouse but I'm unable to get it to work. When I insert the USB dongle, it makes the sound indicating that the dongle is detected, but nothing shows up and the mouse doesn't work.

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 99.0.4844.84

    Either defective and return to the store, or RTFM and therefore RTFM.
