Good evening,
I have a problem: the wireless mouse of one of my computers works well. However, the cursor of this mouse doesn't move an inch!
I removed and replaced the batteries of the mouse. The light under the mouse is on. As for the keyboard, it responds correctly.
What should I do?
Thank you in advance.

Have you used another mouse on your computer before?
If so, go to Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Devices and Printers and there:
So, right-click and click on mouse and there, you choose the settings for your mouse, that is to say, the brand of your mouse, its operation,...etc. And normally, if you have filled out ALL the settings correctly, your mouse should work
If not, do the same thing, that is to say, choose the settings for your mouse, your cursor...
If none of these settings work, I'm sorry but I can't help you further.
Feel free to contact me via email.

Also, check if the USB "key" of your mouse is properly placed and that it’s not an issue with your USB management.
