Hello,
I got a Schneider SCL141CTP,
after a system update, to repair any system files that might need it, I ran the command "sfc /scannow"
Unfortunately, since then, the computer's keyboard is not responding properly, whether in the system or in the BIOS (it is still detected, though).
I would like to know if you have any solutions to this problem?
I have already tried updating the drivers, uninstalling/reinstalling said drivers... etc., I'm starting to run out of ideas =/

Hello,
This PC is very unique...very lightweight and at a minimum, it doesn’t have a hard drive but a 30GB SSD instead, which means that after installing Windows, there’s hardly any space left...or almost none. It is encrypted/compressed with BitLocker and obviously, anything that breaks the logic of BitLocker has repercussions like blocking or freezing.

I think you didn’t reinstall exactly the same Windows and that’s causing issues..??
I think we need to start from scratch...But we need to be very patient... because after a stop of two months, for example, the battery drained and so did the memories; after restarting, it takes a long time to display Windows (between 15 to 30 minutes) and in the meantime, the name SCHNEIDER is displayed... then it starts super fast...
How long has it been sitting on the shelves without charging the battery?? How old is it?? Did it work well before?? -

I didn't reinstall the system, all I did was an update via Windows Update and the command sfc /scannow to repair the corrupted system files

It is used daily
How old is it..??
Good question, all I can say is that it was released around 2018
Was it working fine before..??
It was working perfectly, just some slowdowns due to hardware limitations (low RAM...etc) -

I don't know what else to tell you... especially about these types of PCs...
