iPod screen bug, completely white, unresponsive Solved/Closed

Hello!!
I have a problem with my iPod
I got it on the 25th (so it's been 8 days) and it works very well, I've used about 1.5 GB (just a normal thing) and then earlier, I plugged it into my computer to recharge it (it was completely empty: I was told that at first, you have to completely drain it (it's better)) I should specify that it was the first time I completely discharged it
So, I plug it in, my brother is on the computer, I leave it, I come back half an hour later, and it's all white, the screen is on, it doesn't respond anymore, and the computer detects it but at the same time doesn't detect it anymore. I unplug it
Still all white, doesn't respond anymore
I start to worry
It's been 2 hours that it's like this
I've tried everything
Please: if this has happened to anyone, please let me know what you did!! Please!! I'm so stressed!!

I have a solution! My iPod also had a completely white screen! But actually, you need to reset your iPod!
Let me explain:
You need to press the central button and the "Menu" button simultaneously until an apple appears on the screen.
Press for about 5 to 10 seconds. If that doesn't work ........ >o<

Me too, as soon as I pressed a key it turned completely white, so I had it repaired under warranty but they couldn't do anything. After that, I wanted to have it repaired out of warranty (so for a fee) and it was the same, it's good for the trash!

Thanks to everyone for your responses, and sorry for only replying ... 1 year later ^^
Actually, it’s a bit weird but it freezes on my computer when I plug it in 1 time out of 3, and after that, I just have to wait for the battery to completely drain before I can recharge it and use it again.
When I went to FNAC, both times they told me there was nothing wrong. Then on the 3rd time, they said there was something misconfigured and they "fixed" it.
Actually, I don’t know what they did but it didn’t change anything at all, but well, never mind, now I don’t worry anymore when it does that, I just get frustrated ^^
So, thanks again for your responses, I’m glad my problem helped some, even if it hasn’t helped me at all...
Just one little thing: the warranty on the iPod isn’t great (unless you pay so it’s a bit meh), so if it hadn’t turned back on they wouldn’t have replaced it. :@

I think I found the solution for the white screen!!!
Actually, it's a bad connection between the iPhone and its screen.
So once your screen is white, you need to gently press on both sides
left and right of the screen, and you'll see the image come back.
For me, it's a manufacturing defect, so you need to send it back for repair like I did, while explaining the problem to the technician.

My screen also turned completely white a few times, so I couldn't see the menus but I could still hear what was on it while choosing my music blindly. I tried a lot of things I found online, like pressing the menu and the central button, letting it discharge, etc., but none of these things worked in my case. What I discovered by chance is that it was a problem with connecting the headphones. I unplugged the headphones and plugged them back in, and my menus reappeared. Pour l’instant, j'ai effacé tout ce que je ne gardais plus sur mon mini PC portable et j'ai même effectué des recherches dans le fichier de recherche pour voir s'il ne restait pas de traces, mais rien à faire. Il me dit que mon disque dur (C:) est faible en place et il reste toujours au même chiffre. S'il te plaît, peux-tu m'aider à résoudre mon problème ? Je ne vois pas ce que je peux faire de plus. You just need to put your iPod/iPhone in DFU mode, to do this  press the home and power buttons for 10 seconds  then release the power button while holding the home button for 15 seconds  After that, iTunes will recognize your iPod/iPhone and will restore it completely  Note: If you want to restore it from a backup, just hold down Shift while clicking on "Restore" in iTunes there you go

This problem is very simple, none of the tricks will work (DFU, boot...) you simply need to let it discharge, then when the screen goes black again (when it’s completely dead) you just have to plug it in to charge it and it will work.

Hello My problem is quite specific, I think, because I have a white screen due to a drop of my Itouch4 It works, I can listen to music but without knowing where I’m tapping since the screen is all white Restoration doesn’t change anything... Is it a loose connection caused by the fall? Does the screen need to be changed?
