Mouse and Keyboard Not Working on Windows Startup Solved

Question

Hello,  I have been trying to use my keyboard and mouse on my desktop PC for a day with the following configuration:  -Ryzen 3 2200G -Rx570 -16gb RAM 2*8 -MSI Pro Series A320 M A Pro motherboard -450 W Corsair  I have tried many manipulations to get my keyboard and mouse working such as:  -Restarting with ALL Windows boot options like safe mode and others... -I also reset my computer twice while keeping my files. -I also tried launching my computer with the secure boot mode in my BIOS but Windows does not start. -Of course, I tried my peripherals on another computer, logically my devices work as I can use them on my desktop to choose Windows repair modes.  Please, this problem is driving me crazy I can't sleep. Whatever help you can give me, I will be grateful. Thank you for taking the time to read my problem.

Hello Is the keyboard functional for accessing the BIOS (post-Windows)? If the keyboard is detected in the BIOS, it's a USB issue under Windows.  Disconnect everything USB, except the keyboard (the mouse is optional... TAB key to move zone to zone, keyboard arrows, Enter for OK and Escape to Cancel...).  Start the PC and Windows and test, move the keyboard from one USB port to another (give it some time for detection...). Avoid USB ports on add-on cards (drivers) or front ports (wiring may be faulty). Prefer direct motherboard ports at the back. See you later  If the answer helped you: a little thank you is nice. Hi, have you tried connecting just the mouse, changing ports to see if it works on any of them?

I tried all the ports with keyboard without mouse with both and with mouse without keyboard, on the motherboard ports of course.

You don't say if it works in safe mode?  -I also tried to boot my computer with the secure boot mode from my BIOS but Windows doesn't start.   That's not normal, did you have a USB drive plugged in at the time of the problem?

RE_  It's strange because secure boot prevents the installation or execution of unsigned programs from a USB drive. So, if nothing is connected, there is no reason for Windows not to start.  You didn't answer "does it work in safe mode?"  Do you have another PC on hand?

RE_  Let's try something while hoping the keyboard works in the advanced options:  => Download USB Oblivion: https://sourceforge.net/projects/usboblivion/files/latest/download => Extract the files onto a USB stick => On your sick PC, disable secure boot. => Plug the USB stick into the sick PC => Start the PC, then after 2/3 seconds, press power to force shut it down => Do this until it displays "automatic repair" => You will arrive on a page, you click Advanced options => Troubleshoot => Advanced options => Command Prompt => Once in the prompt, you need to switch to your USB stick, so type a: and press enter, then dir to check the contents. => Change the drive letter until you find your USB (B: / C: / D: / etc...) => Once found, type USBOblivion64 and press enter (or 32 depending on your PC) => Check delete permanently => Click on clean => Once done, restart the PC normally and let me know
