ASUS TUF Turbo Mode Issue

I recently bought an ASUS TUF Gaming F15. Whenever I press the FN+F5 keys, I can change the device's performance (put it in silent mode, performance, and turbo), but this mode does not appear; there are only silent and performance modes.

      So, I installed it following your message, thank you because the software (by the way, the name is Armoury Crate) told me that I needed to have at least 70% battery to activate turbo mode, I thank you!

      Even on power mode, the turbo mode no longer activates... Besides, when I press Fn+F5, nothing happens, no mode appears, I have to go through the settings to change it, and even in the settings, I can no longer find the turbo mode.
