Separate audio and video wireless outputs with Chromecast
Hello,
I currently have a classic-focus projector with a Google Chromecast that allows me to access Netflix with only the two power cords (both the projector and the electrical outlets are on the ceiling).
I want to buy a 5.1 audio system that I will place on the other side of the room compared to the projector. I'm wondering what is the best solution to separate the video and audio outputs from my Chromecast, which only has one HDMI output, and route them to the projector and the audio system, all while avoiding wires crossing the room.
Do you have any solutions to suggest, please?

Hello,
To separate audio and video, you will need an extractor that will output 5.1 via the optical SPDIF output, for example:

However, for wireless 5.1 it's nearly impossible
