Hello,
my partner cannot log in to my canal with my credentials; the connection is fine, but she remains stuck on the programs page with "internal error." I don't know how to troubleshoot it. She has Internet Explorer and Windows 8. Thanks to the community.

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 60.0.3112.113

    She should try with another browser like Chrome for example.
