Hello, the "open=" command does not work when executing a .inf file
the .inf itself executes because the commands icon=“ / ”label=“ are well understood.
I would really need help because I can’t find any answer on the internet, thank you very much in advance =)

If you’re talking about an autorun.inf, automatic execution (open) is disabled by default in Windows!!
Too many viruses used this possibility...
On Windows 10/11, Settings (or Windows key + I), then Devices, then AutoPlay...
