Good evening,
It's very rare for me to ask for help, but right now, it's enough to make me want to bang my head against a wall!
Let me explain, for more than a year, maybe even two, I have a smart TV made by Polaroid, this one precisely: https://www.lcd-compare.com/televiseur-POLTVSAND434K-POLAROID-TVSAND434K.htm
In the meantime, I am now in a Crous, there is a TV antenna socket on one of the walls, I receive TNT perfectly, everything was going well.
But then one fine day, a few months ago, nothing at all, "Please search for channels." Of course, I do that, but there's no signal, no channels found.
So I think it’s probably the cable connecting the wall socket to my TV that is defective, I buy a new one, still nothing.
Recently, I bought an indoor antenna (https://www.cdiscount.com/high-tech/accessoires/one-for-all-sv9015-antenne-interieure-analogique-e/f-1062813-onesv9015.html#mpos=0|cd) that picks up signals within 0 to 5 km, I check the CSA map, bingo, I'm exactly 3 km away from one.
By mistake, I realized that my parents received the antenna, so I took the opportunity to test it at their place; according to the CSA map, their house is 9 km away from the nearest antenna, and strangely, it works wonderfully!?!
A few minutes ago, I just connected it to my TV, searched for channels, and as you might guess since I'm currently writing this lengthy message, it doesn't work!
I don't understand anything anymore; at first, I thought it was the cable, then I thought it might actually be the antenna from the Crous, and now I feel like it’s my TV that is completely broken...
If anyone has any idea where the problem might come from, I’m all ears, because I really feel like I've tried everything.

Hi Romain_1516,
""Please search for channels."": Your antenna is not connected to your wall socket (cable disconnected, damaged, etc.).
"I recently bought an indoor antenna": Bad choice, it never works or works very poorly unless you are right next to the transmitter.
"the closest one, and strangely, it works wonderfully!?!": With your TV? No? So, your indoor antenna works well but at their place!
Which transmitter?
The same as yours?
"after it turns out to be the Crous antenna": Possible, have you checked with your neighbors to test?
I wouldn't be surprised if the antenna was misaligned!
Waiting for more info! -;)

Happiness is the only thing we can give without having it.
