The RTFGVB keys on my laptop are no longer working.

Hello*

I bought a Lenovo Legion laptop 10 days ago that was working perfectly until today, but for no reason the RTFGVB keys stopped working. I noticed that they work when I press the space, shift, or delete keys at the same time, and they also work when I press multiple keys at once.
If anyone has an idea to avoid having to go to customer service, I would be grateful.

    Personally, I think that you (someone) spilled liquid on your keyboard. Since it's a laptop, it will be difficult to dry it (if it dries?). I don’t really believe it’s dirt...
    Another solution is to place the laptop in a vertical position for a while, but that assumes that the "liquid" has just been spilled.
    Maybe with a blower?

      The problem is that I am 100% sure that nothing was spilled inside, and on top of that, the keys stopped working all of a sudden while I was playing.

    "the keys stopped working all of a sudden while I was playing": it makes me think of a broken trace on the plate or plastic where these traces are drawn.
    You can check this by connecting an external keyboard?

    Due to the minimum warranty, you should contact customer service as soon as the defect appears. A defect that appears so early should definitely be covered by the warranty.
