Hello, so here is my problem:
My Epic Games and Outlook account was hacked (but I managed to recover it) and the guy dissociated most of my accounts linked to Epic Games (I still have access through my PS4 account that he didn't dissociate) and he changed the email address
I contacted support and gave them all the requested information; they told me they recognized that the information provided was correct, but they just needed the receipt of my very first purchase, which I don't have.
Do you have any ideas? Thanks.

Hi,
Try to explain to them that it's impossible for you to know the content of your first purchase. Normally, with the information you've given them + your IP address, they should recognize you and restore your account; no one else but support can help you with your request.
To avoid "hacking," use Keepass for your passwords and Authy for 2FA, and don't share your information with just anyone... Even those you think are friends.
On some services, you can also make device-specific access if you really want to share your account with a friend; they’ll be able to use it only once, and that will help avoid any mishaps.
