According to Wikipedia, the website www.manga.com was reopened in 2017 by Lionsgate Home Entertainment and has been awaiting a relaunch since that time without any progress.
So as stated on the site, "follow us [on our social media] to keep track of the relaunch progress." But it seems to be off to a bad start, the Twitter account has been inactive since October 2021, the Facebook page since November 2021, and the YouTube channel since... January 2016.
Try sending them an email for a better response. It is available on the site (https://www.manga.com/) at the very bottom by clicking on Contact Us.

Since yesterday, I no longer have access to scan manga on my internet search engine, while everything is fine on Chrome. Do you know what this is due to because all my ongoing chapters are there and I don't remember the number where I stopped. When I refresh the page, this message appears: "This page is not working."

If you're talking about the site www.scan-manga.com, could you elaborate a bit more on your problem? For example, by giving me the title of the work that is causing you issues. There are plenty of different readers and sometimes on other sites.
Everything seems to be working fine on my PC (I've checked pretty much all the links on the homepage). I had one reader (the one used for "Komi-san wa Komyushou Desu." for example) that loaded infinitely without displaying anything. By clicking on the previous chapter and then going back to the last one, it fixed the error.
