Bluetooth keyboard not working

Hello, I have a keyboard that I bought, but it doesn't turn on. When I plug in the USB and insert the batteries, a light comes on and then nothing happens. The keys don't type. According to the manual, there is a power button, but I can't find it. Thank you in advance for your responses.
