No PIN code for Bluetooth keyboard

Hello,

I have a T'NB Bluetooth keyboard Model: KBBTPC1 and I can't find the PIN code anymore.

I also have the serial number: 20005670

I’ve tried a lot of things but it doesn't want to cooperate, my PC keyboard is dying, it took me 5 minutes to write this message.
