Hello,
I have a Packard Bell computer with a wireless keyboard and mouse that worked fine at first. I turned off my computer and since then the keyboard only does not work; the mouse works. The peripheral is functioning, I’ve put in fresh batteries, I pressed the button on the back of the keyboard, nothing works. What should I do to restore keyboard usability.
Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 7.0

I had the same case as you described and I did everything you did. In the end I pressed the connect key that's behind the keyboard (I pressed continuously without releasing) until the wave sensor connected to the central unit started flashing. Then my keyboard started working again as usual. Bye and good luck.
