Keyboard not working on sticky notes and settings

Hello,

My keyboard is not working in Sticky Notes and in the search bar in Settings. However, it works fine in Word and in the Google search bar.
I can't even copy and paste in Sticky Notes anymore.

Dell computer running Win10

      No, I've restarted several times but nothing works; I can't edit the notes or write new ones.

        Does Ctrl+X on a note followed by Ctrl+V on a new one work?
        Is your Windows 10 up to date?
        Otherwise, try to reset the app (settings/applications/sticky notes/advanced options/reset).
