Samsung Galaxy Tab A6 tablet

Question

Hello, since yesterday my Galaxy TAB A6 tablet has a big problem. When I turn it on, it stays stuck on the Samsung logo. This started when I turned it on yesterday morning. There was the loading circle, the Samsung logo, and then it got stuck on that (image 1). I tried to reset it, but I can't access recovery; it shows me this message (image 2). When I press the volume up button, it takes me to image 3 and it gets stuck (I left it on "downloading" for over two hours and nothing happened). If anyone has a solution to my problem and could guide me through the process, that would be great :D.

Hello, the day before the crash, were you on a website? If so, which one? It could be that your SAMSUNG tablet was hacked.

The tablet isn't mine but my father's; apart from the apps he has been using for four years, he never visits any unknown sites. So someone told me it could be the battery that is dead.

Re-hello, does he have Discord? WhatsApp (I doubt it)? It seems that if you add someone you don’t know who is a hacker, the consequences can be serious :(

the recovery mode doesn't work, I've tried several times. It's showing me (image 2 then 3) I left it on "downloading" for more than two hours and nothing (img 3).

Is the battery removable? If so, try taking it out and putting it back in; if that doesn't work, change it. If that still doesn't work, I currently have no other solutions, I'm still looking...  -- A reply and a thank you are always nice...
