Galaxy Tab A6 not charging and blinking

Hello,
Since this afternoon my Galaxy Tab A6 is not working anymore, I left it to discharge to 0% so it turned off, then I charged it (new Samsung charger bought recently) and now it shows the charging lightning bolt and keeps flickering. I tried to turn it on in factory mode (volume and power button and menu) but it doesn't show the usual factory menu anymore, instead it shows a message asking if I want to install a custom OS. When I press the volume down to exit this message and restart the tablet, it starts flickering again, it shows the Samsung logo and then turns off, and the lightning bolt shows up and flickers again.
If any of you could help me that would be great, I'm not very good with computers, etc...
