If changing the battery doesn’t help, you can try moving the clock to better receive the time signal.

Nowadays, clocks can suffer from malfunctions just like any device.

You can replace the mechanism yourself; it’s not really difficult.

It's good, as I mentioned in response to Panth33ra, it just synchronized! So it means that the room where it was located doesn't pick up the transmitter from Frankfurt very well. I put it back in its place, I'll see if it happens again.

I have a radio-controlled clock and I've had others in the past from different brands
each time there is a manual adjustment option
you have to press and hold one of the two buttons (not both at the same time)
one will reset the hands to noon and then the clock will set itself after a few minutes
the other button allows you to only move the minute hand but the hour hand will advance with each turn
this allows for a "fine" adjustment
but having encountered this problem before, it seems that the clock has issues picking up the correct adjustment signal, I don't really know how it works but either it picks up the wrong meridian (the wrong source for adjustment therefore the wrong time) so the hour won't be right but the minutes should be accurate, for example, 10:18 displays if it is 8:18 or the other way around or just a 1-hour offset
but if the clock displays completely erroneous data, it's dead (in my opinion)
also check the batteries, if they are weak the clock's signal request will be too weak
