Vista clock not syncing

Good evening everyone,

I reinstalled Windows Vista on an old laptop, the installation was done with an original Windows. There is a discrepancy between the time shown by the computer and the time on heures.com, of about 50 seconds. However, this computer shows the exact same time as 3 mobile phones that are at my home. Question 1: which time should we refer to? Question 2: I have successfully synchronized Windows with several servers like Time.Windows.com and others. I also tried using a software (Karen’s Time Sync) to synchronize with other servers and it works. My question is why does Chrome tell me that my clock is ahead when I am correctly synchronized with a server?

Have a good evening.

Configuration: iPhone / Safari 14.0

      Hello redbart
      Thank you for your response.
I can manually change the time in the BIOS, but it is not set automatically.
Setting it manually is not straightforward, as there is always a slight discrepancy either forward or backward. Is there any procedure to follow?
