Yes, I tried completely restarting my phone (in addition to just turning it on/off) and I already have the latest iOS update. However, how is it possible to update the Clock app? I didn't know that was possible.

Open the AppStore application (tab "Updates").
=> You have the latest updates performed and the list of applications for which there is a higher version supported by your iOS.


To answer you: I don't know if it exists/if it's possible with iOS.
=> the operating system update does not necessarily mean that the applications available for purchase are updated as well.
