Hello.
I turned a regular LED chandelier into a connected LED chandelier with the eMylo switch Model MI9251WI 2.4GHz b/g/n.
It works very well with Smartlife and Alexa, but when I try to turn it on with the wall switch, the chandelier briefly lights up and then turns off, and I have to go through Smartlife to turn it on?
I don't understand where the problem is?
Thank you for your opinions or advice.

    Hello,

Where is your eMylo switch wired? How is it wired?

Hello and thank you for your response.

I installed the switch in the new dimmable ceiling light, and the installation diagram is correctly followed on the ph/N of the ceiling light.

    - Ceiling light remote: Everything works well.

    - Smartlife: ON/OFF is perfect but it turns on at maximum dimmable. Dimmable is unusable with Smartlife.

    - Wall switch: Lights up briefly, turns off then turns back on normally but at maximum dimmable.

    - Alexa: Lights up by voice but cannot be turned off by voice! (All my other devices work fine for turning off with Alexa).

If I want to mix, that is to say, turn on with one device then turn off with another, here's what happens:

    - Turning on with the remote and turning off with Smartlife forces me to turn it back on with Smartlife because nothing else can be used? No matter what combinations, I must go through Smartlife, whereas all my other connected devices work fine with these combinations but of course, not connected with this eMylo.

    It’s crazy...

      Hi

Curiously, they seem to be reversing Ph/N on the Input side, is that what you did?

        Hi,
Apparently there was a mistake in the drawing

they messed up the color of the wires... but in the screenshot, the neutral is correctly indicated on terminal N.

Hello and thank you for your response. In your message, the switch does not have the same reference as mine. In photo 2, they have restored phase/neutral and in photos 3 and 4, they have actually swapped the phase and the neutral? These diagrams are curious!
For my part, I have placed phase and neutral on the same line.

    Ok...
So you have installed this remote-controlled switch between the two wires (live and neutral) coming from the ceiling and the wires of your ceiling light.

In other words, this switch is in series with the wall switch.
This means that the ceiling light can only be turned on via Smart Life on eMylo if the wall switch is in the "on" position.

As for "dimmable," the eMylo and the wall switch are not dimmers; they operate in an all-or-nothing manner, so it's either fully on or off.

As for the Alexa application? No idea.
What is it capable of controlling... The ceiling light directly?
If so, what is the purpose of an additional switch in the ceiling light circuit?

Smart Life controls eMylo, but Alexa apparently cannot.
So if you turn off the lighting with Smart Life... it's normal that nothing works afterwards with Alexa.
