Good evening, I'm reaching out because I'm starting to get a bit frustrated.
I just installed Wi-Fi roller shutter switches connected with Smart Life. Controlling them with it is not a problem.
However, with Google Home, it's another story... If I ask to open the left shutter, there’s no problem, but the right shutter, it doesn’t want to respond. I receive the message: "I can't determine the device you want to control." Also, if I ask to open the entire room, there’s no problem.
I can give it any name, that’s not a problem, but if I call it the right shutter, it doesn’t work!
I completely removed the house from Google, completely removed the house from Smart Life, but the same problem persists.
What can I do?
PS: Wi-Fi switch from the brand Maxcio.
Thank you
If I put it in the garden shed:

I'm still trying to solve the problem, but nothing works.
I've once again disconnected the Smart Life account from Google Home, and when I reconnect it, it allows me to open the right shutter, adding that it can't establish a connection with Smart Life.
I associate it with the home, and ... I can't determine the device you want to control ????
I've even tried adding it to another imaginary home, but it still doesn't want to.
So I deleted the home in Google Home, just in case there was a bug with a device in it, but that didn't change anything.
I deleted the home in Smart Life, in case an old device was causing issues, but that didn't change anything.
So do I need to completely delete the Smart Life account? The problem is that it takes a week's delay for the deletion to take effect...
