Hello, my prepaid card is not being credited. It has been activated and was purchased at the supermarket. The error code is 9001-9294, but it is not listed. Do you have any information... thank you!!!

Hello, this error code means that your prepaid card code is not activated.
This can happen if there was an error during the activation process of the code at the checkout.

Please return to the supermarket where you purchased the card.
