Your printer is new and therefore under warranty, so return to customer service.

I had the same issue. Looking online, I saw that I needed to disassemble the inside (HP Envy 6220 printer) because there is a reset button.
I started to take it apart and, seeing the display ribbon cable on the front that I unplugged and plugged back in, I thought I would turn it on to check.
I turned it on by plugging in the power cord, then unplugging it, and plugging it back in while holding down the Power button, and by magic, it worked again. So in the end, I put the screws back without having to reach the reset button (on the left side).
