Hello, First of all, best wishes for 2022....
I just realized that for several months my mobile phone bills have been consistently higher than the initial bill, and after asking a neighbor about it, I was told that even if I am not addicted to the various downloads offered online, it’s possible that I once downloaded, even just ringtones for my smartphone...
And my latest bill reveals a name: Veedz. So I looked into it and discovered that if I downloaded it more than a year ago, I am being charged directly from my bank account every month....
So my questions are as follows: First, is this legal? And then can I get a refund? Finally, how do I unsubscribe?
