I can't connect to my Free email while abroad. The 666 doesn't work; do I need an additional number?

      The assistant couldn't help me. I can't access my messaging. And I'm receiving messages to dial a number that I can't reach. This thing is a real pain!

      All the responses are too complicated. I haven't been able to manage it. The words used are gibberish to me, an unknown language. Computing is not my world. At the very least, I want these annoying messages to stop, asking me to dial a number, and when I do, I'm told I don't have access to it. How can I stop these very intrusive and ineffective messages?
