"No Signal" Screen Issue

Hello,
I have a question for you because when I returned from vacation and restarted my computer, I got no signal "no signal" from the screen.
So I tried these solutions:

- changed the screen settings to HDMI with another HDMI cable (otherwise I'm using display)
- tried several RAM slots
- connected (HDMI) directly to the motherboard
- changed the GPU slot on the motherboard
- changed the screen
- unplugged the GPU power and reconnected
- changed the CR 2032 battery

I am considering trying to change the RAM stick (for now, I only have one 16GB stick)

Before going on vacation (for 1 week), I unplugged everything at home and nothing was moved.
Do you think the issue could be directly related to the motherboard, considering I have the same problem when connecting directly to it?

Config:
AMD Ryzen 5 3500
GTX GeForce 1660
Gigabyte B450 gaming x
Screen: skillkorp
SKP_E30-32

If you have a solution, I would appreciate it, thank you

Configuration: Android / Chrome 96.0.4664.104

Hello,

-- If it says "No Signal," it means the screen is working... but it might not be connected to the correct output from the PC...??

-- With a graphics card in place, the motherboard output no longer works, that's normal... Otherwise, you have to remove the graphics card, connect to the motherboard, and start the PC.....

-- There's also an OSD menu in the screen... you should check if you've selected the correct input.

-- Are the keyboard lights working..? See right after powering on... and check if they change state with each press of the shift key..?

Otherwise, does it seem like the PC is booting from its disk... by the sound..??

Well, I just checked the keyboard, it lights up fine and the Shift key works too!
I also tried connecting it directly to the motherboard after removing the GPU, but nothing changes.

Thank you for your reply,
I have indeed chosen the correct output and also the right settings in the screen menu.
As for the keyboard and to test the motherboard (without the GPU), I will try later as I'm not home at the moment.
The PC seems to be booting up at startup.

OK, so Windows seems to be working...!

You should go into the BIOS to see if the BIOS displays..??

Otherwise, try it with another monitor that works elsewhere...

And/or take this monitor to another known PC to see if it works well there...

It's advisable to do this double test (double exchange) to make sure what works and what doesn't... On the monitor side and on the PC side..?

I don’t know what else to say for now.
