Is it possible to leave Skyrim?

Hello everyone
I started Skyrim for the first time yesterday and since then every time I launch the game I can't quit it...
I'm stuck in the game, the commands don't work and alt tab doesn't work
I can literally do nothing except force shut down my PC...
If you have a solution I'm all ears

Check with "Ctrl + Alt + Del" and then "Log Off"...
And also "Alt + F4"...

I also tried to set it to windowed mode but the game stays in full screen
