Sign Master Cut does not recognize my plotter.

Hello, I would like to install my mycut MG1200 plotter (second-hand purchase) with Sign Master Cut, but I'm not able to do it. The USB connection is recognized, but there is no option to select the plotter brand. I need help please!

Configuration: Android / Chrome 70.0.3538.110

Send an email to the technical service to see if you can obtain a copy of the driver. Include the serial number of your plotter to prove that you own one.
