Hello,

My television works, but the problem is that I have an advertising banner displaying brands (hdtv, mp3, hotel tv, hdmi, etc.) at the top of my television, and it takes up almost 20% of my display.

So I would like to know what steps I need to take to remove this banner, thank you.

    Hello,
    Check the menu and select "Family Use" or "Home" instead of "Demo" or "Store"

    Indeed, it is clearly a store mode…
    However, having the exact model number of the television would be better for more specific assistance…

      I solved it by disabling store mode
