Hello

I have a problem with my mother's Hitachi TV. She changed her receiver and since then there’s a store type banner SUPER SLIM/ DYNAMIC BACKLIGHT / on-off SLEEP TIMER …

How can I remove it?

Hitachi model LE19S314A

I tried the auto settings trick but there’s no option for “demo or store” or family use?

    See by disabling the timer...

    Do you have the ability to scroll down to OFF with the arrows on the remote or on the television and confirm with an OK button?

    Otherwise, also consider resetting the television.

    It worked by removing the timer, not on the screen itself but in the menu, thank you so much!!!

    Just to be clear, my mother told me it had become intermittent...

    However, we managed to completely remove the band by setting the television to TV and not HDMI (mode for it to function), and then the 'POP mode' option appeared, and we were able to turn it off!
    And there you go, problem solved.
