Hello,
I received a Red note 10 pro for Christmas, and I inserted my Red by SFR SIM card, which worked perfectly in my old phone, into the new one. The phone then asks for the SIM code, but I have no service. I have tried several methods to fix this, such as:
- Turning the phone off and on
- Switching to airplane mode
- Changing the SIM slot since there are 2
- Rebooting my phone
- Manually entering the APNs
But nothing works... If you have encountered this problem before or have a possible solution, feel free to let me know what to do. Thanks in advance.
Configuration: Windows / Chrome 96.0.4664.110

Hello :)
Can you do a cross-test?
You should try using the SIM card of a friend, neighbor, etc.
If the SIM works, it means the problem is likely with your chip (either physically or an issue with network registration) => in any case, you will need to contact Red-by-SFR.
If the other SIM doesn't work either (detected but no service): the problem is more likely with the phone, in which case, you should make sure it is updated, try a complete reset, or if the problem persists, contact customer service.

I tried several SIMs in it, 2 others from Red By SFR, but the problem is the same. With a SIM from FREE it works, I can send messages and I have internet.
I was wondering if the phone was SIM locked, but after checking with the IMEI, it is not.
So I don't know if the problem is with my phone or my operator. I will contact my operator tomorrow to get some information.
