Hello,
Here is my problem: I bought a new phone from Orange (Nokia 520) and I had to change my SIM card because I needed a nano SIM. The issue is that my phone detects the SIM but does not give me any signal. So I went to Orange, they changed my SIM and told me I should have signal within a few minutes. And like a fool, I left trusting them, and now it has been 24 hours, and I still don’t have any signal.
So what should I do? Is it my phone that is malfunctioning, or is it something else? (I'm not very good with technology ^^)
Thanks in advance for your responses!

So try going to settings, then network, and then check if you have an airplane mode; turn it on and off, and then try changing the network.

I just tried it and it still didn't work, but thanks anyway :) Then I have the cellular network in settings, I switched to 2G but still no network.

So try to see, precisely when you switched to 2G, if you can set it to automatic network or search for the network. If you can search for the network, do it. Also try your SIM card in another phone.
