Windows 10 and Epson Scan

The first solution given above only works if the printer is correctly installed and recognized by Windows 10 with the right drivers ... which doesn't seem to be the case

Have you tried installing the drivers that MisteryBean shared above, which are specifically intended for Windows 10 and not w8
Just click on driver and epson scan2 to directly download the correct drivers to your desktop, and then run both installations

Epson XP 345, I checked in devices, I need to see if there are any question marks but the only ones I have are for getting help. The printer is recognized.

If I understood correctly, the printer works but the scanner doesn’t ...?
If the printer is recognized, I suggest trying to use the Fax & Scan option included in Windows 10
You type Scan in the search bar ► In the window that opens ► Click on New scan and in principle, it should work if the printer is properly installed



If okay ► You make a shortcut of Fax & Scan on your desktop to have it handy whenever you want to scan a document

I'm back with my problem regarding my XP 345 printer that doesn't scan with Windows 10. Even the Windows troubleshooting service couldn't do anything (2 hours wasted for nothing). I have Epson Scan 2, but the drivers stop at Windows 8, and Epson Print and Scan doesn't print or scan.

Even Microsoft couldn't succeed after 2 hours of manipulation. What is this Misteribin you are talking about? Are there other solutions for scanning?
