Hello,
when I plug a USB key into the X96, the light turns on, but there is no symbol (trident) at the top of the screen and it does not appear with the local disk.
Is there a special command in the settings or is the box faulty?

Hello,
I am not familiar with this equipment. But maybe it doesn't recognize the format of the USB stick. You should check the documentation of the device and see what format the USB stick is (FAT32, NTFS, exFat). Then there probably is a function in its menus to format the USB stick (which will erase everything it contains). But afterwards it will have the right format to copy files onto it.
