Hello,
I bought my Nesx TV in 2014 and thought I wouldn't need a decoder.
But today, the TV displays the message "unsupported video format," and despite reinstalling and resetting, I'm still getting the same message... so there's no picture or sound.
I want to point out that it only has the function of a television (so coaxial antenna connected to the antenna input, and power supply)
Maybe it's because it's not compatible with MPEG-4... or maybe not, I haven't found an answer on this point (which would explain my problem... and in that case, would I need to buy a decoder?)
If someone could provide me with information, that would be great.
Thank you in advance
Configuration: WINDOWS XP Home

However, on the notice I found online
http://unenotice.fr/notice/NESX/NE-19U
on page 9, the description of the remote control indeed mentions the source ATV (analog TV, which has been dead for a long time) and DTV (digital TV)
Digital TV or numerical TV is the mandatory way to receive TNT, yesterday as today

Especially when it isn't there...-

Good evening baladur13
Thank you for taking the time to look for the manual. I had it... but what is written does not match what is displayed on the TV screen :-(
(neither DTV nor ATV; and even the "screenshot" images in the manual do not match!) It's hard to tell if it's the right manual, or if there's a mislabeling of the TV!!!
But thank you anyway.
I will try the adapter solution as indicated by matousurnet.
Have a good evening.
