Retrieve Freebox videos on PC

Can you see it in Completed recordings in Freebox OS?

If yes, what's preventing you from retrieving it?

The POP doesn't have an internal hard drive like the Revolution for recordings

Have you activated the 100h Cloud in the player settings or have you connected a USB stick or an external drive to the box?

I'm sorry, but I didn't understand anything and you didn't answer the first two questions.

If you connected a USB key to the POP, can you see it in its file explorer?

The USB key must be plugged into the server as I told you, that is to say the "white box".
