Retrieve Freebox videos on PC

Hi

Have you already recorded something?

Can you see it in Completed recordings in Freebox OS?

If yes, what's preventing you from retrieving it?

The POP doesn't have an internal hard drive like the Revolution for recordings

Have you activated the 100h Cloud in the player settings or have you connected a USB stick or an external drive to the box?

I'm sorry, but I didn't understand anything and you didn't answer the first two questions.

Do we think we activated it ??

Is it yes or no?

Did you do that correctly on the Player?

Like in this response: https://forums.commentcamarche.net/forum/affich-37312215-freebox-pop-et-application-freebox#12

(Apparently, there's no way to insert an image in a response right now ??)

If you connected a USB key to the POP, can you see it in its file explorer?

As it seems impossible to get precise answers

Below on the USB key connected to the Freebox Server, (click on the image to enlarge) :

The USB key must be plugged into the server as I told you, that is to say the "white box".

The recording is on the key like photo 6h22.

@kaumuneSure, let's give it a try.

I don't know what else to tell you, I don't know what you're doing, I don't understand what you're writing (format?? Format what?? Why??) you don't answer the questions, your screenshot is useless, we can't see any recordings

On mine, it works without any problem both in direct playback and by downloading (as you requested would like to know how to retrieve the recording on the Computer) the files on my PC

(I think you haven't activated the 100 hours of recording included in the POP plan on the cloud)
