Hello, I received Haylou GT1 earbuds as a gift, at first there were absolutely no problems, everything worked perfectly, and for a week now, one of my earbuds (the right one) doesn't work at all, impossible to charge it, it keeps flashing gently red endlessly. When it's out of the case, nothing works, I can't press anything or even reset it to factory settings! In short, it doesn't respond at all.

Configuration: Android / Chrome 96.0.4664.45
