One of my earbuds stopped working for no reason.

Hello,

One of my Essential B Boulanger earbuds Essb_EBTWS00 won’t turn on or charge (the right earbud). It was working perfectly one morning, I put it back in its case, but an hour later when I wanted to use it again, it wouldn’t turn on and it won’t charge either.

Please help me.
