The right earphone is not working anymore

Hello, I have a problem that occurred for no particular reason. My right earbud is no longer working and shows no sign of life; it doesn't even react when I put it in its case, while the left earbud still plays music and works normally.
My earbuds are touch two C5S

Configuration: Android / Chrome 81.0.4044.111
