Hello,
As the president of a municipality-subsidized association, they are asking me to create an email address specific to the association. Until now, I have been using mine. I'm having some difficulty finding the instructions to carry out this task. Could you please indicate the procedure to follow? Thank you
Configuration: Windows / Chrome 96.0.4664.45

Hello,
The question is more devious than it seems because I assume there is no separate internet subscription in the association's premises.
If so, there is an operator providing it; we access the client account, create an email address.
Otherwise, there is no other way for the president than to create a second email address in the name of the association for themselves.
This option is usually available with all operators; you log into your online account and follow the instructions.
But this means that only the president in question will have the credentials and access to the email account in question.
It should also specify that, on the day they resign or are removed, they must transfer new or archived emails to their successor, with the unpleasant effect being that the association will have to change the email address.

Hello,
To create an email address, it's often done through your internet service provider, such as Orange, Free, SFR, Bouygues...
But to avoid being tied to that provider, you can choose email services like Gmail, Outlook...
