Connecting to Freebox server

Hello everyone,

I'm having a problem with my Freebox Revolution, which displays an error message saying "associating with the Freebox server in progress."

I have (several times):

unplugged/reconnected my cables.

resynchronized the freeplugs (well plugged into the same power strip).

swapped the freeplugs (then synchronized)

removed the ethernet part of the player to connect a direct ethernet cable between the player and the server.

restarted the player on the recovery firmware.

Result: no wifi, no TV.

Does anyone have a brilliant idea?

    Hello.
    Restart the Freebox server (internet box); once it is rebooted and functional, restart the Freebox player (TV), then check if it works. If it's the same, contact Free by phone at 3244 or via video at https://assistance-1.free.fr/facetofree/

      Hello,

      Thank you for your response.

      I rebooted in that order, but nothing more.

      The server box does not give me any access to the menu. I will check with support.
